At LaceMade, we want you to feel enchanting in every piece. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original lace-detailed packaging, ensuring all tags, ribbons, and labels are intact and the garment is unworn.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
